1. What Wegwijs is

Wegwijs is an independent practice platform for the theory exam, with explanations in several languages. Wegwijs is not part of the CBR, does not work on behalf of the CBR and is not approved by the CBR.

The real exam, its result and its rules are always those of the CBR and the law. Practising with Wegwijs does not guarantee that you pass.

2. Your account

• Your account is personal. Do not share your sign-in details with anyone.
• Keep your details correct and your password secret.
• You can have your account deleted at any time via hallo@wegwijs.nl.

3. Packages and payment

• A package gives access to all lessons and mock exams for the period you choose: a day (24 hours), a week (7 days) or a month (30 days).
• You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• If you buy a new package while your current one is still running, the new one starts when the current one ends. You never lose time.
• Prices are shown on the Packages page and include VAT.
• Payment goes through Mollie, for example with iDEAL.

4. Cooling-off period

As a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind after buying. Because a package is digital content that is available straight away, we ask at checkout whether you want to start immediately. If you agree, the cooling-off period ends as soon as the package starts.

5. What is and is not allowed

Wegwijs is meant for your own, personal practice. You may not:

• copy, resell or publicly share questions, explanations, translations, audio or images;
• read the site automatically (scraping) or get around its security;
• share or sell your account.

If you break these rules we may block your account. A paid package is not refunded in that case.

6. Rights to the content

All questions, explanations, translations, audio, illustrations, texts and the design of Wegwijs belong to Wegwijs or to parties who gave us permission. They are protected by copyright and database rights. All rights reserved.

Traffic signs are based on the Dutch traffic rules and signs regulations 1990 (RVV 1990). The names CBR and Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen belong to the CBR; we use them only to say which exam you are practising for.

7. Mistakes and liability

We write every question and explanation with care, but a mistake can slip through. If you spot one, tell us and we will fix it.

Wegwijs is not liable if you fail the exam, or for damage because the site is temporarily unavailable. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

8. Complaints

Have a complaint? Email hallo@wegwijs.nl. We reply within 14 days.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. The new version applies from the date at the top; for important changes we tell you in advance. A package you already bought keeps the terms from the moment you bought it.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
